Our Procurement team play a strategic role in ensuring our factories never run out of raw materials. Focussing on quality, availability, reliability, risk management and sustainability our team of buyers are responsible for developing and managing our sourcing strategy including supplier selection, contract negotiation, cost control, and ensuring compliance with constantly evolving internal/external policies and regulations. Our team pride themselves on the strong supplier relationships they have nurtured over the years, living our value of ‘Developing Relationships’ (many of which are longstanding relationships and complemented by new strategic partnerships) and the sustainable sourcing practices they employ day in day out; all whilst ensuring value is delivered for all stakeholders in the supply chain.

Fylde Fresh and Fabulous’ procurement team also manage our own integrated supply/ growing operation which harnesses and utilises our expertise and heritage as growers and allows us to work closely with our customers, to ensure our supply is purposely selected to match their end product use, from a sustainable supply base that offers consistency, quality and value for money.
