  • Take Payments Limited – an online payment processor;
  • Our website is hosted by Blue Wren Limited (Registered in England & Wales under number 07212908). Blue Wren logs all requests in order to determine the causes of reported faults and to detect and block suspicious traffic. The log records the time of the request, your IP address, the requested resource, the referring site (if specified by your browser), and your browser’s user agent string (which will usually include the name and version of your browser and operating system). Log files are deleted after ninety days;
  • other third parties who we may need to work with to deliver products or fulfil orders for you, for example couriers and hauliers and other suppliers.

We may also use and disclose your personal data without your permission:-

  • in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings,
  • to legal, justicial, regulatory, law enforcement, public health and taxation authorities,
  • to prevent crime;
  • to take legal advice; and
  • to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights

6. How do you manage my information?

We may from time to time appoint other members of our group of companies, or third party service providers, to help us manage efficient systems within the business.

We will only transfer your information to service providers who help manage our systems, or overseas, where we are satisfied that this is lawful and that adequate levels of protection are in place to protect the integrity and security of any information being processed and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
