Ready to use, fresh large (+60) whole peeled potatoes, prepacked in 10kg bags.
Please note these potatoes are not polished, there may be minor amounts of skin, bruising and other defects less than 20mm left on the potato.
Potatoes will be of a frying variety – suitable for all further processes.
While we aim for next-day delivery, please be aware that due to production considerations, your order may arrive on the second day. Rest assured, we’re committed to getting your potatoes to you as swiftly as possible.
Product contains preservative E222 to ensure longer shelf life. Potatoes are carefully selected and stored in optimal conditions to ensure great fry colour.
All our potatoes are grown in the UK and are Red Tractor approved.
This product will be sent via DPD next day delivery. Delivery can arrive between 8am – 6pm
Orders must be placed in 20kg increments.
Minimum order 20kg.
All orders need to be placed before 10am to ensure next day delivery via DPD. If you order after 10am the delivery will be put back a day.
Currently we cannot offer Sunday and Monday delivery so orders must be placed Monday to Friday for next day delivery.
We deliver across mainland UK except the Scottish Highlands.
It is now possible to schedule orders at maximum of 7 days in advance. Simply select the day that you want the chips to be delivered and add to the basket. You can select multiple different delivery days.

You will be provided with confirmation once you have placed and paid for an order.
As soon as the delivery has been despatched from our production site you will be issued with a tracking number via DPD and given the option to provide additional delivery information.
You will be given an approximate delivery time once DPD has despatched from their depot.
You will be able to track the delivery right to your door.

The Chips will be delivered via DPD. Once the parcel leaves the DPD depot in the morning, tracking information will be sent out via email/phone, which will provide a 1 hour timeslot of when the boxes will be delivered.
Within the tracking information you will be able to request DPD to leave the parcel in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour. As the product is fresh, DPD will always deliver even if you are not present. It is recommended that you download the DPD app.
The chips will be delivered in a FFF box containing 2x10kg bags in temperature controlled packaging.
If you want to fry our 14mm chips completely to serve it is around 7-8 minutes @180, although it does vary from potato to potato.
To double fry, fry at 140 for 7 minutes, and then 180 for 1 minutes 10 seconds
Note: Temperatures and timings depend on equipment used and volume of chips in the pan so these are just guidelines.
From time to time DPD will split deliveries, meaning that the chips may be delivered on separate deliveries. This is only on rare occasion, and FFF have no control over how DPD operate.
On very rare occasions there may be faults with DPD that are out of our control meaning that the chips may not be delivered. These would be for reasons such as human error of the DPD driver, DPD making a mistake, or DPD during busy festive periods.
We will always endeavour to ensure next day delivery, and work with customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
DPD are able to collect boxes of packaging (Ice packs and silver liners) from an address of your choosing which will be returned to FFF.

From you receiving the product shelf life is 4 days. You must store in a chilled unit at between 3 to 5 degrees.
We do not recommend freezing of product.
